Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Colorado Business Startups for your business formation needs. We’re committed to delivering excellent service, and we value your time and trust. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking or making a payment.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our work, which includes customized filings, state-specific processing, and fast turnaround times. All sales are final once services have been initiated.

Cancellations Before Work Begins

If a cancellation request is made before any filing or document preparation begins, you are eligible for a partial refund. A 60% cancellation fee will apply to cover administrative time and service reservation.

Example:

If you paid $199 and cancel before any work starts, $79.60 will be refunded.

No Refunds After Work Has Started

Once we begin working on your business formation, including reviewing your intake form, submitting applications (such as LLC registration, EIN or DUNS filings), or customizing templates. No refunds will be issued.

This is to account for:

• Time spent preparing your documents

• Any state filing actions taken

• Communication and consultation efforts already provided

Client Responsibility

It is your responsibility to provide all required information accurately and in a timely manner. Delays or errors due to missing or incorrect information do not qualify for a refund.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Any unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed, and all work and documentation will be submitted to the payment processor to resolve the issue. Please reach out to us first if you have concerns. We’re here to help.
